The Shasta Lake Veterinary Clinic is located in the city of Shasta Lake, California.  Our clinic is located at 4522 Shasta Dam Blvd in the town center across the street from Sentry Market. 

Traveling North on Interstate 5  take Exit 685 (SR 151 Shasta Dam Blvd.). Heading west you will travel approximately  3/4 of a mile. We are on your left across from Sentry Market.
